Dear Sir,

We recently sent an email to your 09 avalon XLS. We received a prompt reply from Jason Stewart. As a result, we visited your showroom on March 7th and worked out a deal with him.
The car we wanted was not readily available but was being made. Jason was aggressive in tracking it down and keeping us informed on a daily basis of its progress. We were able to pick up the car last Friday because of his efforts. Jason was professional, courteous, informative, and cooperative during the entire process and made this car buying experience enjoyable.
It seems we live in a time when people write to complain when not treated properly. At the Same time, I believe we should acknowledge those who do their job well. Jason was responsible for your dealership adding one more car to your "sales list", and my wife and I would like to compliment him on his performance. he truly made us feel like our business was important. I trust you will express to him our gratitude and yours for the way we were treated.
